Serengeti Warranty

Serengeti Warranty (US Purchases Only)

Serengeti warrants to the consumer that we will repair or replace, at our option, any Serengeti product that is defective in materials or workmanship. For this warranty to apply, purchase must be made in the United States from an authorized Serengeti dealer and customer must provide the proof of purchase. Only authentic Serengeti products will be warranted.

Sunglasses purchased in 2013 or later - Two year limited warranty
Sunglasses purchased in 2012 or earlier - One year limited warranty

This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper or unreasonable use of this product. Serengeti lenses are not warranted against scratching. All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for two years from the date of purchase. 

If your Serengeti product is no longer under the limited warranty and has been damaged by accidental and/or normal use, Serengeti will inspect and repair (if possible) the product in question at our place of business.

Repair Services

When your product is received it will be assigned a repair number. After reading your letter, a technician will evaluate your product to determine what repairs are needed and whether or not warranty coverage will be applicable. It is our option to repair or replace your product. If your product is NOT covered under warranty, an estimate for repair or replacement will be mailed to you.

You will have 20 days to respond, either accepting or declining the recommendation. If you accept the recommendation for repair or replacement you will need to provide payment. That can be in the form of a check, money order, or if you prefer, by MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express. If the repair or replacement is covered under warranty, you will receive no additional correspondence. Your repaired product or a comparable replacement of equal value and function will be shipped to you within 3-4 weeks.
