RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES

In general, standard sunglasses can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the sunglasses only. International -We subtract any shipping & handling outside the continental USA. 

Incorrect or Damaged Sunglasses: If you received a shipment with incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately via email or phone and take care of your issue immediately. info@skyopticsusa.com

Returning Items: If you need to return an item to us, please provide the information below via email to info@skyopticsusa.com (subject: “return item”). If you have any questions, please contact us.

BASIC WARRANTY INFORMATION

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ORDER!

Sky Optics Sunglasses combine stylish, lightweight titanium frames and alloys with advanced photochromic “light-adjusting” mineral glass lenses. Our color-enhancing lenses, featuring anti-reflective coatings, are designed to reduce glare and improve contrast—perfect for driving, flying, and other favorite activities.

LENS CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain the clarity and longevity of your Sky Optics sunglasses:
- Rinse lenses with fresh water after exposure to dust, dirt, or salt.
- Use a mild, non-abrasive soap when needed.
- Dry gently with a soft optical lens cloth—never use paper products or abrasive materials.
- Avoid placing sunglasses face down or exposing them to extreme heat.
- Store your sunglasses in a protective case when not in use.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

Warranty against manufacturer defects. Sky Optics warrants to the original consumer that for two (2) years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any Sky Optics product found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

✘ Normal wear and tear, including lens scratches
✘ Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
✘ Products that have been lost, altered, or modified

MINERAL GLASS USE

Our high tech glass lenses are used in a variety of activities. Be aware that glass lenses are durable, but accidents or mechanical impact can cause lenses to chip or crack. User assumes risk and it's their responsibility to use them appropriately. 

PRESCRIPTION WARRANTY

2-year warranty against manufacturer defects and a one year scratch warranty. Free redo for adjustments, lab/Doctor errors and non-adapt issues for progressives. $100 fee for glass redos for Doctor prescription errors/changes.

All Prescription lenses are custom made for you and are billed prior to processing.  If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. If the lenses have been started, there can be a 50% charge for cancellations or changes.
